It all started when…

After working in the public sector for many years with various leading physicians Lacy felt a calling to serve in her community, a population that was greatly underserved. She had a passion to bring quality health care to the families living in Canton, Texas and the surrounding communities. Her desire to serve and work in her community is what built Forever Kids Pediatric Clinic.

Her passion to serve, it is innate to who she is and a belief that allows her to serve in various positions within the community.

Mission and vision: To provide excellent and compassionate care to children of Van Zandt County and surrounding communities.

We accept BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care,Texas Medicaid, superior, amerigroup, parkland, Texas Children's Health Plan, Molina, and several other insurance plans. For specific questions about your insurance plan, please contact us during regular business hours.

Our self pay fees are affordable and we are partners with the Texas Vaccines for Children program to provide free immunizations for those who are uninsured or underinsured. 

Services provided include: Same day sick appointment, Well Child Exams, newborn exams, immunizations, asthma management, sports physicals, hearing and vision screens.
